Threat and Risk Assessment, Capability Exploration and Research (TRACER)

TRACER is an NCA-led community hub which examines technological developments in their wider contact and the implications for serious and organised crime. It is delivering a different approach to identifying threat and risk facing the investigation community arising from the rapid pace of change in criminal behaviour as to how they use communications tools to frustrate law enforcement capability. TRACER ensures that investment opportunities are focused on timely and accurate interventions which deliver improved opportunities to tackle complex serious organised crime.
