Why have I received confirmation to attend but not yet received a pass in the post?

To increase security measures, we are no longer mailing badges pre-event.  You will be emailed with a barcode prior to the event (e-badge).  Please bring this barcode with you onsite and present this barcode and your photographic ID to the registration desk staff and they will print your badge for you. Due to heightened security requirements there will be road side checks within the Farnborough International Compound and on the complimentary buses by security.  If you do not have your barcode on you, you will be unable to proceed until your presence has been verified.  Therefore, please do not forget this important information.

Will I be able to register on the day?

Only those with MOD90 and warrant cards will be able to register onsite. Registrations can be made on the day via the website, however the vetting process will result in delays at the entrance. It is our strong recommendation that you register in advance and bring the confirmation email with you on the day.

Why has my application to attend been declined?

Security & Policing has a strict visitor criteria. Following a review, your application did not meet the criteria.

If you want to enquire further please contact the organisers.

What forms of identification are acceptable at the exhibition?

Any form of official photographic identification will suffice if you are in possession of a confirmation email (e-badge). If you are registering on the day, a warrant card, MOD 90 or other form of government ID will be required.

Can I bring colleagues with me to the exhibition?

Colleagues are welcome to attend the exhibition providing they also meet the visitor criteria and have registered to visit.

Can I collect my pass at the exhibition?

As part of our new COVID-secure measures , pass collection details will be finalised and communicated in early 2021 prior to the event.
