The National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO) is a police hosted unit that supports the ‘Protect’ and ‘Prepare’ strands of the government’s counter terrorism strategy. NaCTSO is the authority on Protective Security Guidance for Crowded Places, Hazardous Site & Substances, National Infrastructure and Personal Security in the UK.
