TCH is the UK’s leading quality handcuff and baton manufacturer. We emphasise design excellence and quality of manufacture throughout our range. Our Birmingham, UK, factory is ENISO9001 accredited and has EN14001 Environmental accreditation.

Our handcuff range, used by HM Prison Service, every UK Police Force and numerous national police forces around the world, includes chain, hinged, rigid and folding rigid handcuffs. Uniquely, every handcuff in our range can be supplied with traditional one-sided keying or with our well-proven Twinlock system which has keyholes on both sides. Twinlock simplifies training and reduces the likelihood of injury to officers or prisoners during the application and removal of the cuffs. We also offer a high security hinged handcuff with individual keying.

TCH also manufactures a range of Police Batons which can be obtained through the recently awarded Bluelight Commercial Services national framework contract. The TCH Push Button Baton, available in a range of sizes and options, retracts, “at the push of a button”. Our Friction Lock range can also be configured in a variety of sizes, finishes and optional features.
