At AVR Group, our mission is to empower and enhance the capabilities of the UK emergency services through innovative and tailored technology solutions. We are committed to being a driving force in transforming emergency responses, ensuring the safety and well-being of our communities. With a legacy dating back to 1976, we strive to pioneer advancements that enable swifter, more efficient emergency service responses for the benefit of all.
For over four decades, AVR Group has stood as a beacon of innovation in the emergency services sector. Since our inception in 1976, our integrated managed solutions redefine how emergency services operate, ensuring faster responses and enhanced communication.
We specify, design and implement technical solutions, processes and systems to enhance the safety of people and property throughout the UK, including.
MAIT
The AVR Multi Agency Incident Transfer (MAIT) Hub allows emergency services to share electronic incident records to reduce response times, provide coordinated emergency service responses and improve service to the public whilst reducing costs through increased efficiency.
The Hub enables the transfer of incident data between disparate command and control systems used by Category 1 emergency responders with the option of transferring relevant information to Category 2 responders including voluntary groups.
Any number of agencies can pass incidents electronically between one or more agencies at the same time. The Hub operates as a managed cloud service hosted in secure UK centres with resilient PSN connectivity to ensure reliable and secure communications.
ECHO
AVR have helped to design and are providing the automated alarm transfer system (ECHO) which delivers automated alarm signalling and messaging between ARCS and blue light services. ECHO utilises AVR Group’s connectivity and infrastructure to the Police.
