Police Efficiencies and Collaboration Programme

Working with policing in England and Wales to drive down costs and realise efficiencies, making savings to re-invest in the frontline. 

This will be achieved by improving commercial delivery, increasing shared services and collaboration on specialist functions, leading data reform, enabling productivity and setting up of the National Centre of Policing.
