FlexSR is to pilot its real-time error checker of AI call reporting pipelines, for a major UK Police Service. Allowing productivity gains in creating reports, whilst retaining Public Confidence.
The Home Office published Policing Productivity Review, updated 23 April 2024, stated “It is estimated that annually there might be about 40 million calls for service to the police through 999 and 101 telephone numbers. Call takers spend an average of 14 minutes recording and risk assessing an incident on a command-and-control system”
AI can record all call detail, ensuring valuable intelligence is not lost, whilst saving many millions of pounds per year. It requires the highest degree confidence that the AI gets it right. FlexSR is leading the real-time error detection of the speech to AI Summary pipeline.
Additionally, FlexSR can show the language independent, ultra-low code, low-processing of real-time speech for Body Worn Devices.
FlexSR (WIPO Patent Granted), is small model, flexible speech recognition across any languages and speaker accents, from University of Oxford, Professors, Aditi Lahiri and Henning Reetz, from research on human linguistic features of speech
