Access to Explosives is a cross-government initiative committed to supporting industry to develop explosives detection and identification systems. We are working to develop a range of opportunities which intend to provide benefit to industry at all stages of the equipment development cycle. The programme aims to offer industry access to government expertise, fundamental data, synthetic data and, if required, access to explosives.
