METIS Aerospace Ltd is a UK based company providing signals intelligence products and services to commercial and military customers. With a broad knowledge in platform selection, procurement, aircraft systems, release to service and test and evaluation requirements, METIS conduct in-house R&D enabling continual capability development, including of drone borne sensor applications and associated AI software algorithms.
The core METIS product, SKYPERION, is a proven, cost effective, passive RF Drone Detection System providing an alerting capability against all known commercial and hybrid drones. Fully scalable, the system can be delivered in several form factors. An open architecture allows sensor output to be reported through a generic control station or distributed via mesh network/fixed links into appropriate C2.
The sister product, HYPERION, is a highly accurate signals detection, geolocation and tracking system that can be fitted to a variety of platforms, from ground vehicles to manned airborne ISTAR assets
